EasyPublishPro has user management system with multy-level user accounts: public user, community user, standard user, restricted user, administrator.

Using EasyPublishPro all news from your user group or community will be available for review and comments. Hosting administrators can control the following multy-level accounts:
- Public user - create/delete folders and news in the public domain only
- Community user - create/delete folders and news in the community domain only
- Standard user - create/delete folders and news in both, public and community, domains
- Restricted user - create/delete news only in the folder supplied by the administrator
- Administrator account - standard user with rights to manage all news, folders and user accounts
Interested visitor can register and then confirm the registration via the e-mail supplied during the registration.
The administrator also receive an e-mail to approve or not this registration with just a click. The action is e-mailed back to the user in order to know that he can use thy system or not.
